Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The determination of simple obesity is combined with the following two criteria: (1) The weight exceeds 10% of the standard weight of the height of the same age and sex, the standard weight =[height (cm)-100]*0.9; ? Body mass index (BMI)=28.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Previous or current history of diabetes mellitus, familial inherited metabolic disease, thyroid dysfunction disease, urinary system disease, hematological disease, immune connective tissue disease, acute inflammatory fever disease, and primary and secondary cardiovascular disease (including heart failure, coronary heart disease, abnormal ventricular wall movement, restrictive pericarditis, valvular disease, and arrhythmia) , cardiomyopathy, infective endocarditis and cardiac neoplasms); 2) Any history of trauma, major surgery, blood transfusion, and use of active cardiovascular drugs that affect blood pressure, blood fat and blood sugar within 3 months before the visit; 3) Secondary obesity caused by metabolic diseases, congenital genetic diseases and neuroendocrine diseases.
