Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma group: patients with pathological diagnosis of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, aged 18-80 years; 2) Non-cancer group: normal population subjects. 18-80 years old; 3) Complete clinical data; 4) The subjects themselves participate in the study and sign the informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with a history of malignant tumor; 2) Patients with two or more malignant tumors at the same time; 3) The primary lesion cannot be confirmed by pathological evaluation; 4) Previous history of bone marrow or organ transplantation; 5) Patients with a history of blood transfusion 6 months before enrollment; 6) Subjects who have received antitumor therapy before blood drawing; 7) Refuse to sign the informed consent to participate in the study.
