Interventions

TI-Sham group:The first time receiveing TI stimulation, the second time receiving sham stimulation, with a 7-day interval between the two stimuli
Sham-Tl group:The first time receiveing sham stimulation, the second time receiving TI stimulation, with a 7-day interval between the two stimuli

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)idiopathic Parkinson's disease diagnosed by brain bank standard 25; 2)aged =50 years; 3)Hoehn & Yahr scale of 1.5–3; 4)Good physical condition, no personal or family history of mental illness or neurological disorders; 5)walk without assistance for at least 5 minutes in freezing of gait (FOG) or non-FOG conditions; 6)received stable medical treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) any psychiatric or cognitive impairment (MoCA<24); 2)received Non-invasive brain stimulation within a week; 3) any contraindications associated with electrical stimulation (metal implants ,brain surgery, unbearable current, allergy to conductive paste or personal and family history of epilepsy; 4)have other disorders may affect gait or balance in addition to Parkinson's disease; 5)take part in another study; 6) unable to maintain good mental state during the experiment; 7) unable to understand the task; 8) vigorous physical activity within 24 hours prior to the experiment; 9) participated in other gait training within 1 month before the experiment; 10) diagnosed cardiovascular risk factors associated with exercise .
