Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Agreed to participate in this study and signed the informed consent form; 2. Patients aged =18 years with junior high school education and above; 3. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III; 4. Patients who underwent day surgery of the foot and ankle (unilateral synovectomy of the foot and ankle, free body removal, joint adhesion release, articular osteochondral repair, simple fracture reduction and internal fixation, ankle clean-up or ligament repair and reconstruction, and other non-serious injuries or disease surgery).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI =40kg/m2; 2. Those with a history of allergy to local anaesthetics, contraindication to intrathecal anaesthesia and nerve block anaesthesia; 3. Those who suffer from serious heart, liver, lung, kidney and other vital organ diseases; 4. Those suffering from serious infectious diseases, peripheral nerve diseases, immune system diseases and blood system diseases; 5. cognitive or mental dysfunction resulting in the inability to communicate verbally for pain scoring; 6. Those who are pregnant; 7. Those who have recently received chronic pain treatment.
