Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of healthy subjects: (1) Healthy adults aged 18-65, right-handed; (2) No sharp mood swings in the last week; (3) Normal cognitive function, able to understand the experimental process and cooperate to complete the experiment; (4) Vision is normal or corrected to normal; (5) No persistent or intermittent pain in the last three months; (6) Participate voluntarily and sign written informed consent. 2. Inclusion criteria of chronic low back pain: (1) Aged between 18 and 65, right-handed; (2) The range of pain is below the edge of the low rib to the area above the hip line, with muscle tension or stiffness, and may be accompanied by lower limb pain; (3) Low back pain in the past 3 months at least, and the pain is moderate or higher (VAS>=5); low back pain at least half of the time in the past 6 months (4) Low back pain resulting in limited mobility (RMDQ = 5 points) (5) Normal cognitive function(MMSE>=24); (6) able to understand the experimental process and cooperate to complete the experiment ; (7) Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for healthy subjects: (1) The presence of paresthesia disease; (2) The presence of obvious skin damage, skin diseases (affecting the measurement of pain); (3) Suffering from a neurological or psychiatric disorder (e.g., depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.) (4) History of head trauma or major organic lesions, such as brain tumors and cerebral infarction; (5) Suffer from other systemic diseases that affect brain function (e.g., metabolic disorders, hematologic disorders, infectious diseases, etc.); (6) Currently taking medication (such as painkillers, etc.). 2. Exclusion criteria for subjects with chronic low back pain: (1) Have received guided physical therapy for LBP in the past 3 months, including stretching, strength training and motor control training; (2) Patients with LBP with clear etiology and underlying pathological changes (e.g., sciatica, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, recent vertebral fractures, etc.); (3) Serious underlying systemic or visceral disease (e.g., inflammation, malignancy, unexplained weight loss, infection, or recent trauma); (4) The pain in other parts of the body is more serious than the lower back pain; (5) Back surgery in the past 6 months; (6) Have other dysfunctions that may affect the effectiveness of treatment; (7) Contact skin diseases, ulcers or open wounds.
