Cyclopofol group:5 mg (2 ml) cyclopofol
Normal saline group:2 ml normal saline

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who plan to undergo gynecological daytime surgery at Weifang People's Hospital, complete pre anesthesia assessment, and sign an informed consent form;ASA grade I-II;BMI 18-28 kg/m²;Age 18-65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy, lactation, history of chronic pain, sedatives and analgesics;Patients with allergies to any of the study drugs;The operation takes less than 10 minutes or more than 1 hour;Patients discharged the next day;Patients on additional postoperative use of opioids;Patients with missing follow-up.
