Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age 18-60 years old ? ASA grade? -? ?Patients with BMI = 32kg/m undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastroplasty. ? Consent to the operation and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Severe cardiopulmonary disease; ? Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency;? Hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; ? Serious mental or nervous system diseases; ? History of drug abuse (alcohol or other drugs);? Participants refused to sign the informed consent form.
