Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients in the Rehabilitation Department of the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, meet the stroke diagnostic criteria revised by the Chinese Medical Association; (2) First onset, confirmed by brain CT or MRI (3) neurological dysfunction symptoms lasting more than 24 hours; (4) Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Contraindications for tDCS treatment: implantation of metal or electronic devices in the body, previous history of epilepsy, etc.; (2) Unstable vital signs; (3) Patients with disturbance of consciousness, aphasia or other reasons who cannot cooperate with the evaluation; (4) There are serious liver, kidney, heart and lung diseases and other organic diseases, as well as serious mental diseases.
