Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes, identified by FFA as severe non-proliferative or proliferative DR And proposed to be treated with PRP; Patients were included in the study with informed consent; PRP eyes were used as study eyes, and PRP eyes in both eyes were used as study eyes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?The absolute diopter value of the study eye was greater than 3.00D; ?There are vitreous hemorrhage, retinal detachment, retinal hiatus, macular membrane, macular hiatus, vitreous macular traction and retinitis pigmentosa. The eye condition requires further vitreous surgery. ? Other eye diseases that may affect this study, including keratitis, glaucoma, uveitis, etc. ? Combined with other diseases causing optic nerve edema, such as optic neuritis, ischemic optic disc disease, Leber optic neuropathy, etc.; ?In the past 3 months, he has received anti-VEGF intravitreal injection, cataract surgery and other intraocular surgery. ? In the past 6 months, he has received vitreous cavity injection treatment with Ozurdex; ? In the past 1 month, he has received peribulbar, postbulbar and subconjunctival injection hormone drug treatment; ? Obvious dioptric interstitial opacity that affects posterior segmental examination and laser treatment; ? Central system lesions affecting the optic nerve function; ? Because of various reasons or poor general conditions can not accept fundus angiography or can not cooperate with the PRP treatment and research needed to complete the relevant examination
