Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age=65 2.ASA?~?, undergoing hip surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to stellate ganglion block; 2. Contraindications to intraspinal anesthesia; 3. Hematological diseases; 4.Cerebrovascular diseases; 5. Hemiplegia; 6. Inability to cooperate or communication; 7. Anaesthesia drug allergy; 8. Severe heart, lung, liver, or kidney dysfunction.
