35 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients requiring biliary surgery (=2 segments), including left lateral lobectomy (lateral segmentectomy), left hemihepatectomy, right posterior lobectomy or right hemihepatectomy; (2) patients with a history of open hepatectomy; and (3) patients with Child-Pugh class A or B liver function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients who did not have a history of previous biliary tract surgery; (2) patients with cholangiocarcinoma or other malignant tumors; (3) patients with severe organ dysfunction; (4) Patients with a history of severe intra-abdominal complications following previous surgery, such as abdominal abscess, abdominal bleeding, intestinal obstruction, enterocutaneous fistula, bile leakage, etc.
