Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective endoscopic lumpectomy for lung cancer. Age less than 80 years old without serious organic lesions of vital organs such as heart, liver and kidney, without serious immunodeficiency, endocrine and metabolic diseases, and without radiotherapy or chemotherapy, autologous or hormonal and immunosuppressive drugs in the past 1 month.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cardiopulmonary, hepatic and renal failure; severe immunodeficiency, endocrine metabolic disorders, immunosuppressive drugs, and recent radiotherapy
