Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Patients diagnosed with ischemic stroke through brain computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans; ?Age =18 years old; ?Kubada water test =Grade III or impaired consciousness; ?Patients in Receive enteral nutrition within 48 hours of onset of illness, and are expected to receive enteral nutrition treatment for =7 days; ? Informed consent of the patient and agent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients who take their own meals and cannot count calories; ? Patients with total parenteral nutrition; ? Patients with severe gastrointestinal history such as gastrectomy or intestinal resection; ? Patients who seriously interfere with outcome evaluation/follow-up: advanced cancer, severe liver, kidney and heart disease Patients with functional impairment; ?Patients currently participating in other nutrition-related studies
