Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Recruitment is carried out by psychiatrists, meeting the diagnostic criteria for major depressive disorder in the fifth edition of the American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), with or without multiple episodes 2) During a remission period or have recovered from the latest episode 3) participants should be either in full or partial remission from the most recent episode of depression 4) without reported traumatic sexual harassment or related traumatic experiences 5) aged 18~35 6) Without any metal implant inside the body; 7) No claustrophobia history; 8) Body weight not exceeds 135 kg 9) Right-handed 10) The individual signs the informed consent form 11) No intracranial structural abnormalities 12) No genetic disorder
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previously clear mania or hypomanic episode; 2) Previous diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective mental disorder, anxiety disorder, intellectual disability, cognitive dysfunction, and other organic mental disorders accompanied by other diseases; 3) Previous diagnosis people with major depressive disorder with psychotic or mixed feature 4) Patients with a previous history of alcohol and drug dependence and acute poisoning; 5) Women patients during pregnancy or lactation; 6) According to the interview, the suicide risk assessment in the patient is currently at a high risk of suicide; 7) The current participants who have serious physical diseases are not suitable for entry into the group. 8) Subjects considered superimposed with personality disorder or personality traits. 9) Subjects have been considered atypical presentation of major depressive disorder
