Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for epilepsy and epilepsy syndrome issued by the International Antiepileptic Alliance in 2017, and diagnosed as epilepsy and epilepsy syndrome by electroencephalography, craniocer CT or MRI, with a frequency of =2/year 2) Receive the common oral AEDs single drug treatment 3) The basic concentration before pregnancy is up to the standard, that is, the morning valley concentration of AEDs is detected twice when the minimum effective dose is used to control epileptic seizures. During the peri-pregnancy period, the morning valley concentration was monitored once every 4 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Under 17 years old, have cardiopulmonary insufficiency, liver and kidney insufficiency, obvious mental retardation (IQ < 70), combined with depression, schizophrenia or other serious mental disorders 2) Receiving AEDs multidrug treatment during pregnancy may help control patients with seizures 3) The clinician determined that taking drugs that may affect the outcome of pregnancy 4) Incomplete medical records 5) Drugs that may interact with AEDs before and after pregnancy, such as estrogen-containing contraceptives or antipsychotic drugs (such as traline, etc.)
