Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Outpatients and hospitalized patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for HFpEF; 2. The HFpEF-related diagnosis must be the patient's primary diagnosis, i.e., it is first or second in the diagnostic record, initial medical history, or discharge record; 3. The diagnosis period is from January 1, 2006, to December 31, 2022; 4. Resident population of Tianjin; 5. There are no age or gender restrictions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients in whom the time of onset of HFpEF could not be clearly verified were excluded.
