Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Class II to III, over 65 years old, first non-cardiac surgery patients, 18kg/m2= body mass index =28kg/m2, gender is not limited, operation time =4h, signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative complication of Kashin-beck disease; 2.Inability to communicate before surgery (e.g.coma, deep dementia, speech impairment or severe visual or hearing impairment); 3.Preoperative brief mental state examination (MMSE) score (illiterate < 17 points, primary level < 20 points, secondary level [including technical secondary school] and above < 24 points); 4.Having serious heart, liver, kidney and metabolic diseases; A history of neurological or mental illness; Taking psychotropic drugs; Patients who had previously undergone intracranial surgery (which could affect neurophysiological signals); 5.Emergency surgery, acute infection, and did not have informed consent or participate in other clinical trials were admitted to the ICU after surgery.
