Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients above the age of 18 . 2.Conscious, informed and willing to participate in this study, and able to cooperate with patients in this study. 3.Patients after the first cerebral infarction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with mental disorders cannot cooperate with this researcher. 2.Patients who refuse to participate in this study or withdraw midway. 3.Excluding diseases patient with diseases apart from brain infarction that affect neurological function such as consciousness and language disorders, limb motor dysfunction, such as osteoarthritis, Alzheimer's disease, and severe heart disease.
