18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Selected to undergo cardiovascular surgery under extracorporeal circulation; 2. Age 18-75 years old, regardless of gender; 3. BMI 18.5-28; 4. ASA II-IV; 5. Patients agree to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of eye trauma, surgery, and artificial eye; 2. Severe cataracts and lens implantation; 3. Impairment or vision loss; 4. Severe sinus bradycardia, Mobitz II second-degree atrioventricular block; 5. Patients with preoperative brain edema, severe intracranial hypertension, or coma. 6. Unable to understand Mandarin or local dialects; 7. Patients with a history of sustained heart failure and preoperative EF<40%; 8. Patients with poor general condition, combined with a history of multiple serious systemic diseases and an expected life expectancy of less than 3 months; 9. Patients participating in another current research.
