Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age > 60 years old, regardless of gender; ? Patients with sarcopenia (according to the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia proposed by the latest 2019 Asian Working Group on Sarcopenia (AWGS): diagnostic thresholds of <7.0 kg/m2 for men and <5.4 kg/m² for women for skeletal muscle content of the extremities measured by bioelectrical impedance analyser (BIA), combined with reduced muscle strength (<28.0 kg for men and <18.0 kg for women) and/or 6 m step speed (slowed (<1.0m/s), 5-repetition time (=12s), and possibly sarcopenia defined as decreased grip strength or slowed 5-repetition time); ? Be able to use a smartphone proficiently; ? Voluntarily participated in this study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Severe musculoskeletal disorders (unstable limb fractures, joint tendon contractures, etc.); ? Recurrent episodes of unstable angina or in the acute period of myocardial infarction, left ventricular ejection fraction less than 40% at rest, severe uncontrolled arrhythmia, decompensation or acute heart failure; ? Cerebrovascular disease within the past 6 months; ? Severe other organ failure (respiratory failure, liver failure, renal failure); ? Suffering from malignant tumour; ? Other reasons for exercise limitation or other contraindications for exercise rehabilitation.
