Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Autologous sperm and oocyte; 2. First cycle; 3. Sperm DFI > 30%; 4. The woman's age is less than 38 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing pre-implantation embryo genetic testing (PGT); 2. Excluding common male infertility factors such as karyotype abnormalities, AZF microdeletions, orchitis, epididymitis, varicocele, history of reproductive system surgery, history of mumps, sexually transmitted diseases such as syphilis and AIDS; 3. Testicular sperm or frozen-thawed sperm; 4. The number of Retrieved oocytes < 10.
