Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Patients with acute ischemic stroke confirmed by CT or MRI within 24 hours of onset between 2016 and 2022 (if the onset time of the first symptom is uncertain, or the onset symptoms is unclear, the last asymptomatic time of the patient is considered as the onset time) and decide to undergo endovascular therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.mRS score >= 2 before onset; 2.Hourly BP data were missing from more than 20% of the recordings within 20%; 3.Brain tumors with occupying effect on imaging; 4.Chronic hemodialysis and severe renal insufficiency;
