Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age =65 years old; ? Chest CT scan was performed within 48 hours after admission. (3) Voluntary participation in research; ? Clinical stability, chronic disease in a stable period; There were no orthopedic and neurological problems that could affect the assessment of peripheral muscle strength, balance, and motor ability.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) acute stroke; (2) Severe respiratory failure requiring mechanical ventilation; (3) hemodialysis; (4) Terminal disease; (5) trauma, surgery or fracture within 3 months prior to implementation; (6) Poor quality CT images or any anatomical defects (such as chest wall edema or pleural effusion) or loss of any muscular mass area on CT images; (7) delirium; (8) A history of dementia, depression, myocardial infarction or schizophrenia;
