Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Diagnosed with choledocholithiasis without cholecystolithiasis by B-ultrasound and/or CT and MRCP before operation. ? age above or equals 18 years old; ?acceptable general condition, able to tolerate general anesthesia and surgery; ? no T-tube placement; ? no previous history of choledochojejunostomy; ? patients with surgical indications; ? Informed consent of patients and their families
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with cholecystolithiasis or hepatolithiasis, acute severe cholangitis, acute necrotizing pancreatitis or hepatobiliary malignant tumors; ? patients who were converted to open surgery and underwent radical resection of malignant tumors at the same time; ? preoperative T-tube placement status; ? with a history of choledochojejunostomy; ? the patient had severe organ dysfunction and could not tolerate general anesthesia or invasive operation; ? abnormal coagulation function
