Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the American Diabetes Association's diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes mellitus 2. Clinical diagnosis of chronic kidney disease: the following renal structural or functional abnormalities persist > 3 months: (1) eGFR = 30 mg/g; (3) Or histology or imaging showing renal abnormalities. 3. Accept the questionnaire; 4. Has or is willing to complete examination; 5. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are on renal replacement therapy.
