65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?patients over 65 years with hip fracture complicated with acute heart failure who underwent surgical therapy; ?patients voluntarily participation and sign written informed consent;? patients with normal ability of communication and understanding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Multiple injuries requiring surgery; ? revision surgery; ? secondary fracture; ? enrollment with chronic heart failure, myocardial infarction, acute kidney injury, etc.? Patients with cerebral infarction presenting 3 months before admission.
