Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age range from 18 to 80 years old, regardless of gender; (2) It meets the diagnostic criteria of the 2020 Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 diabetes; (3) Kidney puncture has been performed and pathological reports are available; (4) Ophthalmic consultation has been conducted and OCTA examination has been completed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Type 1 diabetes; (2) There is significant refractive interstitial opacity (such as dense cataracts, vitreous hemorrhage); (3) Unable to obtain sufficient quality OCTA images (scan quality score<45 or significant artifacts present); (4) Diopter greater than 6D; (5) Intraocular pressure above 25mm Hg; (6) Pregnancy period.
