Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1Meets the Diagnostic Criteria for Parkinson's Disease in China (2016 Edition); 2Signed informed consent; 3H&Y=4; 4Right hand

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. MRI scan with a history of stroke or intracranial lesions; 2. Diagnosed with other neurological disorders such as Alzheimer's disease and encephalitis; 3,.Inability to complete neurocognitive assessments; 4. Left hand 5. MRI or rTMS contraindications 6. Refusal to sign informed consent
