Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Hospitalized patients who are 18 years of age or older; (2)The person volunteered to participate in the study and signed an informed consent form; (3) No religious belief.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Nurses who do not participate in shifts or night shifts; (2)Retired nurses, trainee nurses, practical nurses, pregnant nurses, nurses on leave during the survey period; (3)Those who are impaired in sense of smell and hearing cannot receive aromatherapy or music therapy; (4)Suffer from thyroid disease or mental illness, take anti-anxiety drugs and analgesics; (5)Nurses with severe infectious diseases such as tuberculosis, AIDS.
