Intervention group: Lifestyle intervention (including diet and weight management, etc.) + medication treatment (25mg of benzbromarone QD, if urinary pH <6, add 0.5g of sodium bicarbonate tablets TID,

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age of onset between 18 and 80 years old; ? Acute ischemic stroke confirmed by CT or MRI within 48 hours of onset; ? History of gout according to the 2015 ACR/EULAR classification criteria, with serum uric acid level = 420 umol/L; ? Patients or their legally authorized representatives are able and willing to sign informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Experienced a gout attack within 1 week before the onset of ischemic stroke or currently undergoing uric acid-lowering treatment; ? Suffering from severe medical conditions such as renal insufficiency (glomerular filtration rate = 30 mL/min*1.73m2), liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh class C), or kidney stones; ? Expected lifespan less than 6 months due to end-stage disease; ? Participation in any other interventional trials within the past 3 months; ? Not suitable for participation in this clinical study or unable to complete the study procedures due to other circumstances, such as mental disorders, cognitive or emotional impairments, or physical conditions that prevent compliance with the study protocol and follow-up.
