Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who received radical thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery at the Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center from September 2023 to January 2024; 2) Age > 18 years old, gender is not limited; 3) ASAI-III level; 4) The heart, lungs, liver, and kidney functions are basically normal; 5) The subjects voluntarily participated in the study and signed a written informed consent; 6) The subject has not participated in other clinical studies in the past three months;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with drug allergies used in this study, such as, ropivacaine,lidocaine or sufentanil 2)Surgery involves patients with bilateral or previous history of chest surgery 3)Patients with contraindications to nerve block 4)Patients who have a history of chronic pain or are undergoing pain treatment
