Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years; 2. Type 2 diabetics; 3. The operative time of thoracoscopic lung resections was about 1.5-4h with general anesthesia; 4. Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney and other important organs; 2. Have a history of serious mental illness (schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, etc.); 3. ASA >= IV grade; 4. Preoperative fasting blood glucose > 10 mmol/L, diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperglycemia hyperosmolar state, severe hypoglycemia events in the past three months; 5. Allergic to hormone drugs or long-term use of hormone drugs; 6. Tumor patients who have undergone preoperative chemoradiotherapy; 7. Emergency operation; 8. Postoperative transfer to ICU was planned; 9. Enrolment in other clinical trials; 10.Patients who are not fit to wear CGM (severe coagulation dysfunction, wear site infection, MRI required during hospitalization). 11. Other reasons that are considered unsuitable for study participation by the investigators.
