18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for AIS and are the first to experience AIS; 3. Patients who voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous cognitive impairment; 2. Patients who have used cognitive impairment drugs (such as antipsychotic drug chlorpromazine, central anesthetic ketamine, benzodiazepine drug diazepam, cholinergic receptor antagonist anisodamine, etc.) within the first two weeks; 3. Patients who are unable to complete cognitive assessment of neurological function.
