Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women aged between 18 and 40 years old; 2.ASA classification I-II; 3. Single term pregnancy; 4. Undergo spinal anesthesia to perform cesarean section, and undergo body temperature monitoring and collection of umbilical artery blood and maternal venous blood during the perioperative period; 5. Agree to participate in this study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable or refusing to sign the informed consent form; 2. Those who are allergic to norepinephrine or phenylephrine or are not suitable for use; 3. Those with known abnormal fetal development; 4. Those with mesenteric or peripheral vascular thrombosis; 5. Those who are accompanied by severe heart, brain, liver, and kidney diseases; 6. Those who are currently using monoamine oxidase inhibitors or tricyclic antidepressants; 7. Those who are also participating in other clinical research; 8. Those who have contraindications to spinal anesthesia; 9. Those who are unable to communicate and cooperate.
