Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients admitted for initial arthroplasty, all patients were enrolled following voluntary principles.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i) inability to express fluently; (ii) use of a drug with a previously established allergy or incomplete tolerance to a drug within the analgesic regimen; (iii) excessive reliance on drugs or use of opioids for analgesia; (iv) previous hepatic or renal insufficiency.
