Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with ASA grade I to II, aged 18-60 years old, underwent transumbilical approach single-hole laparoscopic gynecological adnexal surgery under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with BMI>28 kg/m2 or BMI 3 hours; The blood loss was more than 400ml.
