Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Hemorrhoid patients are between 18 and 70 years old; they meet the hemorrhoid diagnostic standards of the "Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Hemorrhoids (2020 Edition)" (2) All patients were undergoing surgery for the first time, and all related surgical contraindications were excluded. (3)Using the milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy surgical methods . (4) Have good compliance with the researchers, participate voluntarily, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with perianal infection, perianal eczema, perianal abscess, and perianal infectious diseases. (2) Patients with inflammatory bowel diseases such as ulcerative colitis (UC), Crohn disease (CD), etc. (3) Patients with colorectal tumors and rectal space-occupying lesions. (4) Patients with heart, kidney and liver dysfunction, coagulation dysfunction and metabolic diseases. (5) Patients with a history of using antibiotics, hormonal drugs or immunosuppressants in the past month. (6) Pregnant or lactating women
