Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Preoperative chest CT showed anterior mediastinal nodules, considering malignancy; Patients aged > 18 years old, with ASA grade < 3, and their quality-of-life scores were evaluated according to the activity status scale developed by the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG), and patients with ECOG score of 0-1 were included; Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative symptoms of myasthenia gravis; tumor diameter>4cm; preoperative chest contrast-enhanced CT considered tumor invasion of adjacent organs; previous history of thoracotomy.
