18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? According to the medical history and CT/MRI and other imaging examinations, screen large atherosclerotic and small artery occlusive cerebral infarction in accordance with the TOAST classification method; ? Age between 18 and 80 years old; ? The patient or legal guardian signs the informed consent form; ? Admission within 48 hours after the onset of ischemic stroke.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?TOAST classification is cardiac embolic, other definite causes, and unexplained ischemic stroke; ?cerebral hemorrhage; ?hemorrhagic cerebral infarction; ?severe liver and kidney disease, blood system-related disease, or malignant tumor; ?antibiotics, prebiotics, probiotics, etc. used within one month before admission or after admission
