Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.1 COMISA patients (1) Patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome based on PSG ingand AHI >15/hour; (2) Meet the diagnosis of "insomnia disorder" according to Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-5 (DSM-5), ; (3) Aged 18-75 years old. 1.2 OSA patients (1) Patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome with AHI > 15/hour based on PSG monitoring; (2) aged 18-75 years old. 1.3 Insomnia disorder patients (1)Patients with insomnia disorder are diagnosed according to the diagnosis of DSM-5; (2) aged 18-75 years old. 1.4 Patients with simple snoring (1)Physical health, no serious physical or mental illness; (2) The age of the patient is 18-75 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? suffering from serious physical diseases: such as heart failure, renal failure, liver failure, epilepsy, etc.; ? serious mental disorders: such as major depressive disorder, schizophrenia, etc.); ? sleep-related limb movement disorders (e.g. based on the PSG, periodic limb movement index, PLMI = 15 beats/hour); ? other sleep disorders (e.g. narcolepsy, REM sleep behavioural disorders, sleepwalking, etc.); ? those who are required to work at night shifts; ?women during pregnancy or lactation.
