Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus comorbid chronic pain in the elderly (mainly including lumbar intervertebral disc herniation disease, cervical spondylosis, herpes zoster-related neuralgia). (2) Male or female, age > 65 years old, weight 45~75kg, disease course more than 3 months. (3) The coagulation function is normal, and there are no contraindications to puncture. (4) Good blood sugar control and no diabetes-related complications. (5) No history of hormone use within 3 months. (6) Have not participated in other clinical studies within 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Type I diabetes. (2) Patients with glucocorticoid allergy. (3) Lesions at the puncture site: vertebral tumors, lumbar tuberculosis, spinal canal infection, huge protrusions in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, cauda equina syndrome, etc. (4) Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency. (5) Patients with inflammation, infection and skin diseases at the puncture site. (6) Patients with organ dysfunction due to diabetes
