Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Using a combined high-frequency and conventional frequency ventilator. 2.The supervising physician has assessed and determined that a switch from high-frequency ventilation to conventional mechanical ventilation is feasible. 3. Vital signs are stable.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Untreated severe air leak syndrome 2. Patients with incomplete clinical data.
