Intervention group:Patients in the lateral decubitus position without Flexion of Knees and Neck

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?18 = age = 75 years old; ?Elective thoracic and abdominal surgery, to be postoperative epidural anesthesia analgesia; ?ASA I-III ; 150cm = height = 185cm or ; 16 kg / m2 = BMI = 30 kg / m2; ?Patients signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Spinal deformity or chronic low back pain; ?Coagulation dysfunction ( PT, INR, Plt ), preoperative or expected postoperative use of anticoagulant drugs; ?Patients whose preoperative clinical symptoms or imaging examination suggested that the tumor had distant metastasis; ?Peripheral nervous system diseases; ?History of related drug allergy; ?Puncture site infection; ?participated in other clinical studies within three months; ?The researchers think that any reason does not participate in this experiment;
