Control group (10 patients with other central nervous system demyelinating diseases, 10 patients with myasthenia gravis, and 30 healthy volunteers):None

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the 2017 McDonald adult MS diagnostic criteria; 2) Patients diagnosed with demyelinating diseases of the central system according to clinical symptoms and examinations; 3) Patients diagnosed with myasthenia gravis based on clinical symptoms and examination; 4) No immunosuppressants or interferon drugs were taken for 3 months before treatment; 5)EBV infection was positive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Other autoimmune diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus, ankylosing spondylitis, autoimmune hepatitis, Sjogren's syndrome, etc.; 2) Tumor patients; 3) Previous history of cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, and cerebral trauma; 4) combined with systemic active infection; 5) Depression, mania, schizophrenia and other mental disorders.
