Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Western medicine diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction; ? The diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke disease and ischemic stroke syndrome elements; ?Age> 18 years old, gender is not limited; ? The patient is conscious and has stable vital signs; ?The patient or his/her family agrees and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Previous motor dysfunction, such as rheumatoid arthritis, limb surgery, joint deformity, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, or neuromuscular lesions and other diseases affecting limb activities; ? inability to understand and/or obey research procedures and/or follow-up due to mental disorders, cognitive or emotional disorders; ?pregnant or lactating women; ?With severe cognitive dysfunction, unable to cooperate with treatment.
