R group:Anesthesia induction, intravenous injection of 0.3 mg/kg (1 minute) of remidazolam and 0.3 mg/kg (1 minute) of sufentanil µg/kg (30s), rocuronium 0.6mg/kg (15s)
Anesthesia maintenance, remidazolam (0.1-0.3mg/kg/h) and remifentanil (0.075-0.2 µg/kg/min).
P group:Anesthesia induction, intravenous injection of 0.3 mg/kg (1 minute) of propofol and 2 mg/kg (1 minute) of sufentanil µg/kg (30s), rocuronium 0.6mg/kg (15s)
Anesthesia maintenance, propofol (4-12mg/kg/h) and remifentanil (0.075-0.2 µg/kg/min).

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) No contraindications to anesthesia, ASA grading is I-III; (2) Age>60 years old, undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy; (3) Sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Other central nervous system diseases and infectious diseases; (2) Other underlying diseases (liver, kidney, cardiovascular system diseases); (3) Mental illness; (4) Dependence on alcohol or psychotropic substances.
