Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age = 65; Selective operation; General anesthesia; ASA grade I to III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with difficulty in airway management or intubation; Patients with mental disorders; Nonsinus rhythm; Severe vascular disease; Pulmonary hypertension; Primary cardiomyopathy; Unstable angina pectoris or ejection fraction less than 40%; A history of heart failure and myocardial infarction; Severe heart valve disease; Poor transthoracic echocardiography.
