Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Maternal age =18 years, consent to breastfeeding.? Preterm birth weight < 1500g.? After delivery, the children were transferred directly to the neonatology department NICU.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? The child or mother has a contraindication to breastfeeding, or cannot breastfeed for other reasons.? Chromosomal disease or congenital abnormality.? Unwilling to participate in this researcher.
