Group A:Retrograde intrarenal surgery auxiliary with a novel flexible vacuum-assisted ureteral access sheath

Group B:Minimally invansive percutaneous nephrolithotomy

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with kidney stones =2cm in diameter who need surgical treatment; (2) 18 years = age =70 years; (3) The subjects have no mental illness or language dysfunction, can understand the situation of this study and agree to participate in the researchers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe hydronephrosis on the affected side; (2) Upper urinary tract malformation or stenosis; (3) Preoperative uncontrolled urinary tract infection; (4) Poor control of blood sugar and blood pressure; (5) Kidney stones in pregnant women; (6) Patients who could not tolerate surgery after preoperative evaluation.
