Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18 years old, age, and 85 years old; (2) New York Society of Cardiology (NYHA) I-; (3) Left ventricular ejection fraction (Left ventricular Ejection Fraction, LVEF)> 50%; (4) sinus rhythm, with normal electrocardiogram; (5) No chest skin damage, swelling, scar, etc.; (6) The preoperative examination results suggest that there is no coronary heart disease, cerebral embolism and other serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (7) The laboratory biochemical indicators of the patient were not significantly abnormal; (8) The preoperative examination results of the patients indicated that there were no patients with more serious pulmonary diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with old or new coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, or cerebral infarction; (2) Patients with severe heart disease, such as valve stenosis and incomplete closure; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) rating = IV; (4) Patients with congenital heart disease, such as atrial septal defect and ventricular septal defect; (5) Patients with multiple pulmonary bullae, pneumonia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and pulmonary heart disease; (6) The preoperative examination results of the patient showed that in addition to the primary disease, there were cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction; (7) Non sinus rhythm, such as frequent supraventricular premature beats, ventricular premature beats, duplex rhythms, triplet rhythms, etc; (8) The patient's laboratory indications are significantly abnormal or other serious diseases combined with other organs, such as hyperthyroidism, liver cirrhosis, uremia, etc; (9) The patient refused to participate in this study.
